Why they appear ?
Rodents seek food, water, warmth and shelter. They can enter through gaps around pipes, doors, foundations and ducts, then travel through walls and common areas.

Before our visit: checklist
Pest-specific illustrations: final instructions depend on the planned treatment.
1Report sounds, droppings, damage or entry points with photos and precise locations.
2Store food and pet food in sturdy sealed containers.
3Remove accessible garbage and clear access to walls, basements and utility rooms.
4Do not dry-sweep or vacuum droppings; ask for safe cleanup instructions.
5Do not seal active openings or move installed traps yourself.
6Keep children and pets away from traps and baits; tell NESTO about them.
After treatment: prevention and upkeep
- Maintain door sweeps, weatherstripping, foundations and pipe penetrations.
- Keep dumpsters closed and common areas clean.
- Repair leaks and eliminate food and water sources.
- Arrange professional entry-point inspection and sealing after assessing activity.
Important: these general guidelines do not replace treatment-specific, product-label or property-specific instructions. NESTO will confirm safety precautions, re-entry times and final preparation. Tell us about pregnancy, asthma, limited mobility or pets before the visit.
For property managers
Coordinate access, notify neighbouring units when recommended, and record sightings by unit. More than one visit may be required.
